BACKGROUND:

ABAG Publicly Owned Energy Resources (ABAG POWER) is seeking responses to a Request for Information (RFI) regarding the potential procurement for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) and natural gas offset products or Renewable Natural Gas Attributes (RNGA). ABAG POWER is investigating the desirability and feasibility of procuring RNG and/or RNGA for use in its natural gas aggregation program for local governmental agencies. ABAG POWER seeks careful consideration and response to questions provided in this RFI from suppliers of these products, and other industry representatives with knowledge of these issues. Responses to the RFI will be used to inform the development of future procurements for these products. An RFI is available for download on the MTC website at https://mtc.bonfirehub.com.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG), (together referred to as "Agencies"), invites your firm to submit a Proposal for the Request for Information (RFI) forRenewable Natural Gas Supply and Natural Gas Offset Products. 

Proposers are responsible for checking the website for any Addenda to this RFI. Responses should be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFI.

Interested firms must submit their Proposal by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, in accordance with the instructions contained in the instructions contained in the RFI.      

ADDENDA & OTHER SUPPLEMENTAL INFO:

Qualification information, any Questions and Answers that get submitted and any Addenda if necessary can be found at the website link. You will not receive additional notifications of addenda and/or changes regarding this procurement unless you are registered as a Document Taker.  To become a Document Taker, you must login and download a file from the RFI under the Files tab.  All potential proposers are responsible for checking the website for any addenda to the bid documents.  Responses should be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFI.
